Golden Fu Mushroom has a large, round, plump fruiting body, white and tender thick flesh, rich nutrition, and a strong aroma, with a sweet, fresh taste, suitable for fresh sale and drying. The fruiting bodies grow in clusters, with thick and long stems, and a single cluster weighs up to 14.6 kg. The mycelium growth temperature is 10-35°C, with the optimum temperature being 16-30°C. The fruiting body growth temperature is 15-32°C, with the optimum temperature being 18-28°C. When the temperature is on the low side, the fruiting bodies grow slowly, but the caps are thick and plump, with good quality and a long storage period. After the Rizhao City Institute of Biology (0633-8234468) introduced this strain, through virus elimination and rejuvenation, and cultivation with fermented wheat straw, corn, and bean straw, its biological conversion rate reached 100%, and the harvested fresh mushrooms can be kept fresh for 1 month at around 10°C.
