Substrate formula: Use corncobs or rice straw as the main cultivation material, and add the following supplements: wheat bran 20%, corn flour 5%, lime 2%, gypsum 1%, and sucrose 1%; the moisture content of the substrate is 65%. 2 Bagging and sterilization: Use 17 cm x 45 cm x 0.04 cm pressure-resistant polyethylene plastic bags, fill the bags with the evenly mixed substrate, at a suitable firmness, and tie both ends tightly with string. Then place them in a brick-built atmospheric-pressure sterile stove for sterilization. When the temperature reaches 100°C, maintain constant temperature for 8-10 hours, then turn off the fire and let

Substrate formula: Use corncobs or rice straw as the main cultivation material, and add the following supplements: wheat bran 20%, corn flour 5%, lime 2%, gypsum 1%, and sucrose 1%; the moisture content of the substrate is 65%.

Bagging and sterilization: Use 17 cm x 45 cm x 0.04 cm pressure-resistant polyethylene plastic bags, fill the bags with the evenly mixed substrate, at a suitable firmness, and tie both ends tightly with string. Then place them in a brick-built atmospheric-pressure sterile stove for sterilization. When the temperature reaches 100°C, maintain constant temperature for 8-10 hours, then turn off the fire, allow to cool naturally, and then take them out and place them in the inoculation room.

Inoculation and culturing: Move the sterilized substrate bags into the inoculation room. The inoculation room must be dry and clean, with the windows closed. Before inoculation, spray 10% limewater in the room to purify the air. After about 15 minutes, inoculation can begin. Use inoculation at both ends, combined with the hole-punching inoculation method, with two rows per bag and 4 holes per row. After inoculation is completed, move the spawn bags into the culturing room for culturing. At a constant temperature of 22-25°C, after about 25 days, the mycelium will fully colonize the bags.

Fruiting management: In order to increase yield per unit area, adopt the new technique of casing soil cultivation. The method is to remove the plastic bags from the fully colonized spawn bags, cut them into two sections, and stand them upright in a sunken bed. The sunken bed is 1 m wide and 25-30 cm deep, with no limit on length. While removing the bags, cover with soil, with a soil-covering thickness of 2 cm; it should not be too thick. Build arched bamboo strips over the sunken bed and cover with plastic film to retain heat and moisture. After about 1 week, primordia will appear and fruiting will begin. At this time, increase the air humidity to 85%-90%, provide a certain amount of scattered light, and maintain the temperature at 16-25°C. Without the need for temperature-difference stimulation, abundant fruiting can occur. When the mushrooms reach seven-tenths maturity, they can be harvested.

Cultivating golden oyster mushroom by this method uses widely available raw materials, has low cost, and gives high economic returns, with an average biological conversion rate of over 180%.
