1. Process flow: raw material picking - spreading to air-dry - drum fixation - air cooling - second hot-air fixation - rolling - spreading the batch and cooling - hot-air drying - finished product - packaging. 2. Key operating points: 1. Raw material picking: length 3-3.5 cm, and the cut lengths must be highly uniform. 2. Spreading to air-dry: gather the picked raw material and spread it out flat in a room with good ventilation and air convection; generally use bamboo mats or plastic film as a ground liner, and let the surface moisture dry off under natural conditions. 3. Drum fixation: place the spread

1. Process flow:

Raw material picking - spreading to air-dry - drum fixation - air cooling - second hot-air fixation - rolling - spreading the batch and cooling - hot-air drying - finished product - packaging

2. Key operating points:

3. Drum fixation: place the air-dried raw material in a drum fixation machine for the first fixation; the drum fixation temperature is controlled at 85-95°C.

4. Air cooling: set up a blowing device at the discharge outlet so that the air keeps blowing as the material comes out; after discharging is finished, continue blowing for 3-5 min.

5. Second hot-air fixation: place the air-cooled raw material on the sieve tray of a hot-air roasting machine, feed in hot air at 200-250°C, and roast while shaking until the raw material is 70-80% dry, completing the second fixation.

6. Rolling: carry out in a bamboo tray; hold the raw material, which has cooled appropriately, tightly with both hands and push it forward to roll it, applying a moderate amount of pressure with the wrist; roll until a slight amount of stem juice oozes out and the material looks moist and glossy.

7. Spreading the batch and cooling: shake the rolled wet batch loose promptly and spread it evenly in a bamboo tray, letting it continue to release heat and part of its moisture under natural conditions, so that the moisture in the stems and stalks is distributed evenly and drying is made easier.

8. Hot-air drying: same as the second hot-air fixation operation; when the material crumbles easily with a light pinch of the hand, it can be stopped.

9. Finished product: the moisture content of the finished product is 8-10%, and the yield is 18-20%.

10. Packaging: package immediately once the material has cooled to about 45°C, to prevent the finished product from absorbing moisture, which can easily cause mold.
