How do you get moss to grow on bonsai? The slurry method is simple and convenient

Speaking of moss, friends today may not have heard much about it. It is a very small plant, often growing under trees or on rocks and other places. Because its plant form is very small and its color is not very eye-catching, it is often overlooked by people. Moreover, in the past it was considered a rather annoying plant, because people often slipped and fell after accidentally stepping on it, but now that is no longer the case. This plant has become one that people compete to grow.
Because it can make bonsai more beautiful, but do you know how to make this plant grow in bonsai?
1. Stick it on yourself
If friends want to see it appear in the bonsai as soon as possible, you can do it yourself by finding a few patches of moss in a park and sticking them onto a rock. Friends should first put the rock in a pot and soak it for about a week, then mix things such as clay and starch together, add the water left over from washing rice, stir it into a paste and spread it on the rock, then carefully stick the moss on, and place it into the potted plant.
2. Slurry coating
Rub the moss collected from outside into fragments and put them into a pot, then pour in the slurry made in the previous method, stir well, put small pieces of rock in and soak them for about two hours, then place the rocks into the potted plant, and move the potted plant to a humid place with a bit less light. After waiting a few days, you will be able to see the moss growing out.
3. Watering cultivation
Friends can often pour rice-washing water or fish-tank water into the potted plant, then wrap it up with a bag, and after one month this plant will be able to grow.
Although the process of growing moss is not very complicated, afterward friends still need to cultivate it carefully, otherwise it will dry out.
How to water moss placed in bonsai
Watering methods for moss placed in bonsai:
Let us first talk about the growing environment of moss. Humidity is an essential factor. Only with sufficient humidity can moss grow, but sufficient humidity is likewise needed to favor its growth. So when caring for moss in daily maintenance, watering is the primary task. But considering the presence of other plants in the bonsai, you should choose the right method when watering.
The simplest watering method is to choose a smaller spray bottle, adjust the nozzle to a mist setting, and then spray water on it, but note that you should try not to splash it onto other plants. The number of sprays can be decided according to the growing environment. If the environment is relatively dry, then 2 to 3 sprays per day are needed; if the environment has a certain degree of humidity, once a day is enough.
Notes:
If there is only moss in the bonsai, then there is no need to pay so much attention; just place it in a slightly damp place to grow. But if moss is used as a decorative plant for the bonsai, then you should first have a general understanding of its main plants, and then choose a suitable environment for growing it.
Moss grows best in an environment at 25 degrees, and it is also the plant most afraid of drying out, so in summer you need to do a good job of keeping it moist. In winter it is generally kept indoors, but the indoor environment is very dry, and this is also a big test for moss.
