Two-stage fruiting method can be used for oyster mushroom cultivation
Symptoms of tumor-cap mushroom: the fruiting body develops and grows slowly, and granular or tumor-like protrusions appear on the cap. When the disease is severe, the cap becomes rigid and shrinks, the mushroom texture hardens, and the fruiting body stops growing and developing. Control: choose medium-to-low temperature varieties for cultivation, strengthen greenhouse insulation and heating measures, and properly control the greenhouse fruiting temperature. Usually...
Using the two-stage fruiting method to cultivate oyster mushrooms can achieve a biological conversion rate of 35%. The specific procedure is:1. Spawn production. Inoculating in an inoculation tent can increase work efficiency by 3-5 times. Spray and disinfect the inside of the tent with 1% Lysol, then inoculate. During inoculation, spread a layer of spawn on the surface of the substrate at the bag opening, which can avoid contamination by competing microorganisms and shorten the mycelial growth time by 3-7 days.
2. Spawn running management. Use the stacking warming method and the layer-separated cooling method to regulate the temperature of the spawn bags. When the air temperature is low, the spawn bags can be stacked in more layers; when the air temperature is high, they can be stacked in fewer layers. Stack them singly according to the length of the spawn bags, leaving a 40 cm aisle between rows.
3. Fruiting management adopts two fruiting methods successively. First, two-way wall fruiting. When primordia appear at the inoculation site of the spawn bag, open both ends in time and roll back the plastic film. Stack the opened spawn bags in 4-6 layers, ventilate promptly, and provide a certain temperature difference and scattered light. Maintain a relative air humidity of 85%-95% and a room temperature of 18-25°C. After 6 days, buds can form and mushrooms can emerge. By regulating temperature and humidity, the biological conversion rate of the first flush can reach 100%. Second, greenhouse bed-style casing soil fruiting. After harvesting the second flush, remove the spawn bags, cut the spawn blocks into two from the middle, place them in a low bed in the greenhouse with the cut side facing up, with 1 cm between spawn blocks, fill the gaps with dry fine soil, cover with 1-2 cm of soil on top, and water with nutrient solution. The nutrient solution contains 1% urea, 1% sugar, 0.5% potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.5% lime, and is supplemented with prochloraz (1000-fold solution) and deltamethrin (1000-fold solution). Soak the spawn blocks in the nutrient solution for one day and night, then drain it off.
