How do you harvest enoki mushrooms in one go? Here is an introduction

In the one-time harvest cultivation method, the biological conversion rate is as high as 192.60%, the cultivation cycle is about 40 days shorter than traditional cultivation, economic benefit is increased by 78%, and the number of mushrooms and stalk height both increase, greatly improving commercial quality. The key technical points are:

1. According to the formula of 84% cottonseed hulls, 14% wheat bran, 1% gypsum, 0.20% monopotassium phosphate, 0.25% magnesium sulfate, and 0.55% carbendazim, add water to the substrate at a substrate-to-water ratio of 1:1.30, mix well, and fill into wide-mouth bottles (bags).

2. The substrate should be filled with moderate firmness to avoid mushrooms fruiting all over the surface later.

3. After the bottles (bags) are filled, plug the openings well, place them in a normal-temperature pot for disinfection, and steam at a high temperature of 100°C for 8-10 hours. If using a pressure cooker, keep it at a pressure of 1.50 kg/sq cm for 90 minutes.

4. After high-temperature (high-pressure) disinfection and cooling, under the flame of an alcohol lamp in an inoculation room or inoculation box, use an inoculation spatula to dig out the spawn blocks from the spawn bottle and transfer them into the cultivation bottles (bags), then place them in the culture room.

5. Carry out mycelial culture at a room temperature of 22°C-26°C. Strictly avoid low temperatures prolonging the culture period, lest fruiting occur before the mycelium has fully colonized and affect mushroom yield and quality.

6. After the mycelium has fully colonized, move them into the mushroom yard for fruiting culture, then open the bottles (bags) and perform scratching to stimulate fruiting.

7. After primordia form, regeneration management must be done well to promote higher density of mushroom buds, then bag them and cover with newspaper to encourage the formation of a microclimate with a relatively high carbon dioxide concentration inside the bottles (bags).

8. When the mushrooms grow to 4-5 cm, water management should be carried out, and at the same time ~90%, the temperature should be kept at 8°C-14°C, and straw curtains or black plastic sheeting should be used to shade the cultivation site. The light intensity should be such that a person with normal vision can vaguely make out No. 5 Chinese characters.

9. When the mushrooms grow to 15-20 cm, they can be harvested.
