The fruit body of the white Hypsizygus marmoreus is pure white and bright, fine and smooth in texture, with an excellent mouthfeel. It is characterized by high protein, low calorie and low fat, and is an edible mushroom product favored by domestic and international markets that also has health benefits. The white Hypsizygus marmoreus is a mushroom that sells well today. Its cultivation cost is also very low, so how good are the profits exactly? How do you grow white Hypsizygus marmoreus? Let's take a look together below.

1) Raw material treatment: First, at the ratio of adding 1 g of Huawei R50 microbial decay-promoting agent per kilogram of miscellaneous wood sawdust to the pile, soak 10 g of the decay-promoting agent in 2-5 L of water for 24 hours, then evenly stir and spray or pour it onto 10 kg of the pile, stirring while spraying to ensure that the same batch of miscellaneous wood sawdust ferments evenly. Keep the pile temperature at 40-60°C, and after 30-60 days of fermentation it can be used as cultivation raw material for later use.

2) Mixing: In proportion, add the fully fermented miscellaneous wood sawdust together with cottonseed hulls, corn cobs and other ingredients and dry-mix for 20-30 min, add an appropriate amount of water, and wet-mix for 30-50 min, until the water content in the culture material reaches 60%-65% and the pH is between 6-7.

3) Filling: Use a fully automatic filling line for filling, using 850CC cultivation bottles, with a single bottle weight between 500-600 g, then place the material bottles neatly in the sterilization furnace for sterilization;

4) Steam sterilization: Use fully automatic computer-controlled sterilization equipment. Before sterilization, first draw a vacuum, then introduce steam; when the temperature reaches 110°C to 121°C, hold for 2-4 hours. After sterilization ends, exhaust automatically; when the pressure in the furnace is 0MPa, pull the material bottles into the cooling room;

5) Cooling and inoculation: The cleanliness of both the cooling room and the inoculation room is a Class 100 environment. When the temperature of the material in the bottles drops to 15-20°C, inoculate on the fully automatic inoculation line, with an inoculation amount of 13-17 g per bottle;

6) Incubation: After inoculation is completed, transfer to the incubation room for incubation. During the incubation process, keep the temperature at 20-29°C. After 25-40 days of mycelial growth, it enters the late incubation stage, with CO2 concentration kept at 2000-3000ppm and humidity at 55-85%. After an incubation cycle of 70-95 days, scratch inoculation can be carried out; 7) Scratch inoculation: For culture bottles fully covered with mycelium, use a scratch inoculation machine to scrape off a ring of mycelial blocks 4-8mm wide from the surface, forming a hill-like shape with a raised center, then inject water onto the surface, with a water injection amount of 20-30ml;

8) Growth: Use a computer-automatically-controlled bionic system to monitor the growth and development of the white Hypsizygus marmoreus throughout the entire process, providing the optimal conditions suitable for growth and development. The temperature is set at 14-18°C, humidity at 95%-99%, CO2 concentration at 2000-3500ppm, and light intensity at 500-1500Lux (a mixture of blue and white light). The growth cycle is 20-25 days;

9) Harvesting: According to product quality standard requirements, harvest when the cap diameter is 1.0-1.5cm and the stipe length is 5.5-10cm, with a biological conversion rate reaching 85%-90%.

Analyzing from the market price of white Hypsizygus marmoreus, its price is at a relatively high level compared with other mushrooms. The common market price of white Hypsizygus marmoreus is six to eight yuan per jin, but due to regional differences, the market price also varies greatly. In some regions, the market price of white Hypsizygus marmoreus is as high as twenty to thirty yuan per jin, while in some regions the price of white Hypsizygus marmoreus is only four to five yuan per jin, but no matter where it is, white Hypsizygus marmoreus is a very popular mushroom.

The cultivation cost of white Hypsizygus marmoreus is very low, and its total cost generally does not exceed three thousand yuan. When the cultivation technique is up to standard, the yield of white Hypsizygus marmoreus is also fairly good, with an average of about two thousand jin of white Hypsizygus marmoreus per mu. Calculated at a market price of six yuan, the profit can be about twelve thousand yuan; after deducting the cultivation cost, you can still earn eight or nine thousand yuan, so the profit margin is very large.
