How to supplement nutrient solution for enoki mushrooms? A detailed guide to the method

How to cultivate white enoki mushrooms? Please advise. To cultivate white enoki mushrooms, you can refer to the following method: 1. Choose a suitable cultivation time. Most white enoki mushroom varieties are low-temperature types; the optimum temperature for mycelial growth is 18-20°C, and the optimum temperature for mushroom formation is 6-8°C. Accordingly, white enoki mushrooms are generally suitable for cultivation from October to the first ten days of March of the following year...
How to supplement nutrient solution for enoki mushrooms? Please advise.

Most mushroom growers' enoki mushrooms have now begun harvesting the second flush and are preparing for the third flush. However, because the first two flushes absorbed a large amount of water during growth, the substrate lacks water and nutrients, seriously affecting the yield and quality of the third flush of enoki mushrooms. Therefore, supplementing the substrate with nutrient solution is an essential task. Here, we want to remind mushroom growers that there are five points to note before and after supplementing the nutrient solution.
First, clean the substrate surface thoroughly to prevent residual mushroom stumps from infecting it with contaminating fungi and affecting mushroom production.
Second, let the mushroom bags rest for 3-5 days. Pay attention to ventilation in the shed and let the substrate surface dry slightly to promote recovery of the mycelium in the substrate.
Third, the concentration of the supplemented nutrient solution must be appropriate. During the production of the second flush, the fruiting bodies absorbed a large amount of nitrogen, potassium and other mineral elements from the substrate, causing an imbalance in the carbon-to-nitrogen ratio in the substrate. Therefore, nitrogen sources and potassium must be supplemented promptly. Mushroom growers can prepare the nutrient solution by mixing 300 milliliters of Guy Ear High Energy Source with 100 kilograms of water.
Fourth, follow the principle of rather less than more, supplementing as much nutrient solution as the amount of mushrooms harvested. When supplementing the nutrient solution, never supplement too much, to prevent the nutrient solution from squeezing out the oxygen in the substrate, causing oxygen deprivation of the mycelium and even causing bag rot. 2-3 days after supplementing water, check whether the nutrient solution in the bags has fully infiltrated into the substrate. If there is still nutrient solution in the mushroom bags that has not infiltrated, mushroom growers should promptly pour it out.
Fifth, cover with plastic film 2-3 days after supplementing the nutrient solution. Do not cover with plastic film immediately after supplementing the nutrient solution, to prevent excessive humidity on the substrate surface and infection by contaminating fungi. Mushroom growers should wait until the mushroom surface is slightly dry before covering with film, to keep warm and retain moisture, increase the carbon dioxide concentration around the fruiting bodies, promote rapid budding, and at the same time reduce the oxygen concentration around the fruiting bodies, promote elongation of the mushroom stems, and prevent the caps from becoming too large.
