         1. Black spot disease: a bacterial disease caused by Pseudomonas bacteria. After infection, oval brown or dark brown spots appear on the caps of enoki mushrooms, initially needle-tip sized, expanding to 2-4 mm in diameter, with neat edges, and sometimes the caps crack.
Control methods: The key is to keep temperature and humidity at suitable levels. When sprinkling water in the mushroom house, do not sprinkle water directly onto the fruiting bodies of enoki mushrooms, and never spray with cold water. The humidity in the mushroom house should not exceed 90% for extended periods; sprinkle water according to weather changes - on sunny days, sprinkle lightly, frequently and finely; on rainy days, sprinkle less or not at all. After each sprinkling, strengthen ventilation first, then cover with plastic film. During the fruiting period, the indoor temperature should be adjusted to below 17°C. After infection, promptly remove diseased mushrooms and spray with agricultural streptomycin at 100-200 units per mL or bleaching powder at 600 times dilution.

2. Rust spot disease: a disease caused by Pseudomonas bacteria. It mainly infects the caps of enoki mushrooms, initially needle-head sized, then expanding to sesame-seed size; although the edges are irregular, the lesions can merge with each other into irregular large rust spots.
Control methods: To prevent the occurrence of rust spot disease, when sprinkling water in the mushroom house, do not sprinkle directly onto the fruiting bodies; after sprinkling, ventilate promptly; the relative humidity of the indoor air should not exceed 95% for extended periods; when covering the surface of the mushroom bags with plastic film, wait until the moisture on the fruiting bodies has dried. In the early stage of infection, prevent the pathogen from spreading to healthy fruiting bodies, and spray with 50% carbendazim at 800 times dilution or agricultural streptomycin at 100-200 units per mL.
