To increase the yield of oyster mushroom cultivation, stimulation methods can be used. The methods can refer to the following:
1. Temperature difference stimulation: During the stage when the oyster mushroom fruiting bodies begin to form, provide a daily temperature difference stimulation of 7°C~10°C, which can promote earlier fruiting and more uniform development of the fruiting bodies. Method: Cover with film during the day to keep warm, and on sunny evenings or mornings uncover the film to expose the bed, increasing the temperature difference by cooling, and combine with watering at high temperature to induce fruiting.
      2. High temperature stimulation: First open the mushroom bed (or mushroom bags) and let them dry for 1~2 days, then continuously spray heavily with water, spraying 2~3 times a day for 2~3 consecutive days. During this period, the film can generally be opened for ventilation. The water content of the culture layer on the surface of the mushroom bed should be such that water drips when squeezed by hand. Finally, use cotton cloth to absorb the accumulated water on the surface of the material, cover with plastic film to keep warm, and buds can appear after a few days.
       3. Shock stimulation: After the culture medium is fully covered with mycelium, use elastic wooden sticks to press and pat it, promoting mycelial growth and rapid differentiation of fruiting bodies, generally increasing yield by about 15%.
       4. Covering and pressure stimulation: Use sterilized old newspapers, burlap bags, fine soil, etc. to cover the surface of the culture material, and under the stimulation of pressure, promote rapid growth of the mycelium.          5. Light stimulation: After sowing oyster mushrooms, it is advisable to spawn in dark conditions, and expose to light after the mycelium has grown well. When light is insufficient, electric light can be used instead, which also has a good stimulating effect.
       6. Plant ash stimulation: After each batch of mushrooms is harvested, take 5% plant ash soak clear liquid and spray it, which can promote mycelial growth, make fruiting bodies sturdy, and prevent reddening, and can increase yield by about 20%.
