How is bamboo fungus cultivated using mulberry branches and sugarcane bagasse? Please give an introduction
Bamboo fungus is a well-known edible mushroom, rich in nutrients and delicious in taste. Previously, there was no artificial cultivation in this county, and no fresh products were sold on the market. People were not as familiar with bamboo fungus as with other mushrooms, thinking that its cultivation techniques might be relatively complicated, but this is not the case. According to technicians, bamboo fungus cultivation is simple and easy, suitable for ordinary farmers to grow. When cultivating with mulberry branches and sugarcane bagasse, cut thoroughly dried mulberry branches (best to store them for a period after drying) into short strips, first ferment the sugarcane bagasse, and at a ratio of half mulberry branches to half sugarcane bagasse, pile them into a raw material ridge bed 40cm wide and 15cm high, sow the spawn, then cover with a 5cm layer of fine soil, cover the bed surface with a shade net, then build a shade net frame over it, maintain suitable soil moisture, and harvest after about 50 days.
