What should be noted after the ear formation stage in white fungus cultivation? Please explain

After the ear formation stage in white fungus cultivation, note the following points:
Enlarging the holes to increase oxygen: use a blade to cut away about 1 cm of the film along the edge of the ear-forming holes, enlarging the hole openings and increasing the oxygen inside the bag.
Spraying water to add humidity: during the ear formation stage, spray water 1-2 times a day onto the covering newspaper, keeping the newspaper constantly moist as appropriate. When the fruiting body grows to 3 cm, to avoid ear rot, remove the covering newspaper, place it in the sun to dry for one day, then put it back into use. This should be done once every 3-5 days, and each time the newspaper is removed it should stay off for 12 hours to let the fruiting body contact oxygen, then cover it again and continue spraying water to keep it moist. Spray more water during the young ear stage; in cloudy and damp weather, spray less and ventilate more; during the mid-growth stage of the fruiting body, water absorption is greater, so in clear and dry weather, spray more and ventilate less.
Pay attention to ventilation: when the white fungus fruiting body grows to 24-29 days, it is at the stage of strongest vitality and the bag temperature is relatively high. If the room temperature exceeds 27°C, open the doors and windows all day for long periods of ventilation, and combine this with water spraying management to prevent the ear pieces from drying out after ventilation.
Stop spraying and wait for harvest: about 30 days after inoculation, when the fruiting body has grown to about 12 cm, stop spraying water onto the newspaper to prevent the ear pieces from becoming too wet and moldy. After stopping moisture for 5-7 days, the ear pieces thicken and enter the harvest period.
Harvesting and processing: from inoculation to harvest, the whole process for white fungus generally takes 35-40 days, but if rainy weather occurs at harvest time, harvesting can be extended by 5 days. Mature white fungus is white and crystal clear, shaped like a peony, as large as a jade bowl, with spreading ear pieces and elasticity; usually each head reaches 15-20 cm in diameter and can weigh 150-200 g fresh.
