What are the requirements of white fungus (Tremella fuciformis) cultivation for moisture, temperature and light? Please explain.

The requirements of white fungus for moisture, temperature and light can be referred to as follows:
Moisture: Moisture is an important condition for the growth and development of white fungus. White fungus needs a large amount of water during growth and development, and the fruiting body growth stage needs more water than the mycelium growth stage, while spore germination requires even more water. The water content in sawdust or cottonseed hull substrate is preferably 60-65%. The mycelium growth stage requires a relative air humidity of 70%. In the fruiting body growth stage, the relative air humidity for bag-cultivation should be controlled at 80-95%. If the humidity is insufficient, the fruiting body will shrivel and stop growing and developing.
Temperature: White fungus has strong cold resistance, and the optimum temperature required differs at different growth and development stages. The mycelium can grow within the range of 6-32°C, grows normally within the range of 18-25°C, but 23-26°C is the optimum temperature. Being above 28°C for a long time is unfavorable for stage growth, and a large amount of yellow water is secreted; below 18°C, the mycelium grows slowly. The fruiting body can grow and develop within the range of 18-28°C, but 22-35°C is the optimum temperature.
Light: White fungus likes light. Diffused light helps promote spore germination and the differentiation and development of the fruiting body, and the fruiting bodies that grow are white and of high quality. On the contrary, strong direct sunlight is unfavorable for spore germination and the differentiation and development of the fruiting body, while under dark environmental conditions, the fruiting body differentiates slowly and turns yellow.
