What should be noted when cultivating black fungus (wood ear mushroom)? Please explain
Black fungus is an aerobic, moisture-loving, cold-tolerant fungus. After making holes, keep the relative humidity of the space above 90%. After 15 days, a large number of ear buds will form. After the ears begin to form, increase ventilation, 3-4 times a day, 1 hour each time; under the condition of ensuring relative humidity above 90%, ventilation can be maintained all day. Combine ventilation with spraying water, and spray evenly and thoroughly. This is because poor ventilation and uneven humidity will prevent the caps from expanding, forming chicken-claw-shaped ears and losing their commercial value. On rainy days, the film can be lifted to let rain in. At suitable temperatures, with continuous rain exposure, the ear caps will grow quickly and expand well. In cold overcast weather below 10 degrees C, cover with film to keep warm and retain moisture. High temperature and high humidity easily cause ear rot, so when the daily average temperature exceeds 21 degrees C, ventilation should be strengthened even more, and only a small amount of water or no water should be sprayed in the morning and evening.
