How do you cultivate straw mushrooms in summer under high temperature and high humidity? Please introduce
During the hot summer season of high temperature and high humidity, idle greenhouses can be used to cultivate straw mushrooms.
Site preparation: clean the greenhouse thoroughly, repair the greenhouse film, disinfect the floor and walls, and cover the greenhouse roof with wheat straw. Make beds inside the greenhouse, with a bed surface width of 80 cm and a height of 10 cm, and dig a 60 cm wide drainage ditch between two beds.
Material preparation: soak wheat straw, wheat bran, and spent oyster mushroom substrate in 5% lime water until the pH reaches 12-13, then take them out.
Sowing: one day before sowing, irrigate the beds thoroughly, first spray 5% lime water, then spray 500-fold phoxim to disinfect and kill insects. Then, spread 30% wheat straw onto the bed surface and compact it, repeat the same procedure to build 3 layers and compact them, then cover with 1-1.5 cm thick soil, shape it into a turtle-back form, and immediately cover with plastic film. Finally, punch 3 rows of small holes in the film.
Management: the normal growth temperature for straw mushrooms is around 35°C. If the greenhouse temperature exceeds 45°C, uncover the film promptly to ventilate and dissipate heat. The moisture on the material surface is generally around 70%. If the humidity is insufficient, spray 1% urea water on the mushroom pile or spray water inside the cultivation bed. During the mycelial growth stage, avoid direct light on the material surface; light should be weak rather than strong, but the fruiting stage requires stronger light. If the pH of the culture material is below 7, spray 1% clarified lime water into the material to adjust it.
Harvesting: 8-10 days after inoculation, small mushrooms can be seen, and they can be harvested in 11-12 days.
