How to grow black fungus using vertical/three-dimensional cultivation? Please explain the method

For vertical/three-dimensional cultivation of black fungus, you can refer to the following methods:
1. Spawn preparation: The spawn production technique for wood ear mushroom is the same as for conventional edible fungi.
2. Spawn-running management: For the culture medium for cultivating wood ear mushroom, you can adapt to local conditions and use local materials, using cottonseed hulls or mixed wood sawdust as the culture medium. In April-May, mix the materials according to the culture medium formula, fill low-pressure polyethylene spawn bags with the material, about 150 grams per bag, sterilize at room temperature for 10 hours, and after cooling inoculate the wood ear mushroom production spawn under aseptic conditions. After inoculation, stack the spawn bags into piles and place them indoors under aseptic and ventilated conditions to run the spawn. After 30-40 days, the spawn will fully colonize.
3. Entering the fungus into the garden: In June, a ginkgo leaf-picking garden has good shading effect and is suitable for the growth and development of wood ear mushroom fruiting bodies. When the wood ear mushroom spawn bags are fully colonized, arrange for them to enter the garden to produce fruiting bodies. ① Entering the fungus into the garden: In the ginkgo leaf-picking garden, the row spacing is 100 cm or 120 cm, and two rows of wood ear mushroom are interplanted between each row. In combination with watering the ginkgo garden, first irrigate the planting ditch with enough bottom water. After the water infiltrates, remove the bags from the fully colonized wood ear mushroom blocks and place them horizontally flat in the planting ditch, or place two bags vertically parallel to each other. After the fungus blocks enter the ditch, cover them with 1-2 cm thick fine soil to cover the fungus blocks tightly, then spray once with a large amount of water, requiring thorough spraying. ② Fruiting body management: In June-July, the temperature is high and the humidity is high, suitable for wood ear mushroom growth and fruiting body production. During this period, it is required to persist in spraying water, ensure humidity, and prevent and control pests and diseases. Do not use flood irrigation; spray finely and frequently. After the wood ear mushroom blocks enter the field, it takes about 7-8 days to produce fruiting bodies. After fruiting, the fungus slices soften in 15-20 days and can be harvested. After harvesting the wood ear mushroom, promptly clean the fungus field (fungus residue, debris), spray water again to produce the second crop, for a total of 3-4 crops of fruiting bodies. In September-October, before ginkgo leaves are picked, the growth of wood ear mushroom stops. In combination with autumn cultivation, return the spent mushroom substrate to the field to improve soil fertility.
