Sanquan dumplings can be said to be a well-known dumpling brand, and at this time when swine fever is widespread, Sanquan dumplings have also tested positive for African swine fever virus nucleic acid. What is going on here, and what kind of reason caused it?

There are reports that three samples of "Sanquan Soup Dumplings" produced by Sanquan Food Company (hereinafter referred to as Sanquan Food) tested positive for African swine fever virus nucleic acid. According to a message on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Interactive Easy platform, yesterday Sanquan Food responded to "dumpling samples testing positive for African swine fever virus" by saying that the company had not received notice from the relevant authoritative departments and would further verify the incident.

On the morning of the 22nd, Anjoy Foods issued an announcement stating that the company and its subsidiaries strictly implement the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in the procurement of pig products, with compliant raw materials and lawful production. The domestic pig products purchased by the company and its subsidiaries all come from non-epidemic areas, with complete certification, and the transportation routes strictly comply with the requirements of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.

Anjoy: The industry lacks sufficient capacity for swine fever testing

Anjoy Foods also emphasized that the industry in which the company operates has insufficient capacity for African swine fever testing, and even if all pig product raw materials are purchased from non-epidemic areas and have complete certification, there may still be cases where the raw materials have already been contaminated.
