China has the capacity to produce world-class, high-quality rice

On August 26, the 2015 China Premium Rice Development Symposium, hosted by the Chinese Cereals and Oils Association, was held in Harbin, bringing together experts from the Chinese Cereals and Oils Association, the China National Rice Research Institute, Henan University of Technology, Jiangnan University and the Satake Grain Analysis Center of Japan to offer ideas and suggestions for the development of premium rice in China.

Experts at the symposium held that the quality of Chinese rice is not inferior to the world's premium rice, and that China is fully capable of producing premium rice of world-class quality. Over the years, Jinlongyu, through its "four excellences" model of excellent varieties, excellent production areas, optimized cultivation techniques and purchase at excellent prices, has built high-quality, safe rice ecological bases. Results released at the symposium showed that the eating quality value of Jinlongyu Original Fragrant Rice is on par with premium Japanese rice, with no difference from Japan's "Koshihikari" rice.
