How do you make rose cuttings root quickly? A few practical methods

1. Preparing the cuttings
Cut the stems off, dip them in a little rooting powder, or soak them in rooting solution for about 10 minutes, then insert them into the growing medium to a depth of one-third to two-fifths of the stem's length.
2. Choosing the growing medium
The growing medium used for rooting should be loose and have good water retention and aeration; a mix of perlite and garden soil works well.
3. The cutting environment
After planting the cuttings, place the whole thing somewhere out of direct sunlight and keep the air circulating. The temperature should preferably not exceed 25°C. If it reaches above 30°C, cool it down appropriately, otherwise the plants are prone to disease and rot, and eventually death.
4. Proper care
Mist the plants once every three to five days in the early morning to maintain the humidity of their growing environment, which encourages the plants to root quickly and grow strong.
