How to water-cultivate calla lily bulbs? A detailed method for you

Calla lily bulbs can be grown through water cultivation. The water quality requirement deserves the most attention: clean, clear water must be used as the growing medium, and the water must be changed each time or nutrient solution added on ordinary days. The growing temperature should be kept stable between 15~25°C, and there must be at least 5 hours of bright, warm light exposure every day.
Method for water-cultivating calla lily bulbs
1. Water quality requirements
The most critical thing for water-growing calla lilies is water quality. Ideally, clean, clear water that is free of pollution and free of disease-causing microorganisms should be used as the growing medium, ensuring zero contamination of the water. Clean water quality is good for the growth of calla lilies, and for the vase it is best to use a ceramic vase or a sandstone vase, used only after disinfection and sterilization.
2. Adding nutrient solution
Besides ensuring the cleanliness of the water, nutrient solution is also one of the necessary components that help calla lily bulbs develop quickly and grow healthily. Using elements such as monopotassium phosphate, manganese sulfate, zinc sulfate, magnesium sulfate, potassium nitrate and boric acid, mixed and prepared in a certain ratio, add it each time the water is changed, or supply it 1~3 times a day.
3. Water cultivation environment
For the natural environment under water cultivation, try to keep the growing temperature stable between 15~25°C, do a good job of ventilation and air flow, and avoid temperatures that are too low causing cold damage. There must be at least 5 hours of light exposure each day, to avoid the calla lily bulbs being unable to grow normally due to lack of light or too little light.
