How to care for a crested Aeonium after potting it up

To grow a newly potted crested Aeonium well, you need to control watering, otherwise it easily rots; it is best to wait until it grows new leaves before watering it moderately. The crested Aeonium loves sun, so it also needs plenty of light, with appropriate shading in summer. In summer and winter you should also manage the temperature well, so that it can grow healthily.
How to care for a freshly potted crested Aeonium
1. Control watering
To grow a newly potted crested Aeonium well, you need to control the amount of watering, because the leaves of the crested Aeonium can store a fair amount of water; if you water too much, it easily rots. Right after potting, you must not water it; wait until it grows new leaves before watering it moderately.
2. Plenty of light
Caring for a potted crested Aeonium also requires giving it plenty of light. It is a sun-loving plant, so after potting it up you need to keep it in a place with plenty of sunlight, which is more favorable for its growth. But in summer the light is too strong, so you need to shade it appropriately to prevent the plant from being scorched by strong light.
3. Suitable temperature
After potting up a crested Aeonium, you also need to manage temperature well. It likes to grow in a warm environment; if it stays for a long time in a high-temperature or low-temperature environment, its leaves will wilt. In summer it is best to keep it in a cool, ventilated place, and in winter move it indoors to a warm place, ideally ensuring the temperature does not drop below 3°C.
