How do you clean orchid leaves? Let me teach you a few simple methods
1. Rinsing with rainwater
It is said that spring rain is as precious as oil, which shows that spring rain is the gentlest of the rains of the four seasons. In spring, you can move the orchids outdoors and use the continuous fine rain from nature to rinse them, and the dust on the orchid leaves will be washed away with the rain.

2. Rinsing with a spray bottle
If there are heavy rainstorms in other seasons, it is not suitable to rinse the orchids. You can find a large vat to collect the rainwater, put the rainwater into a fine spray bottle, and simulate spring rain to rinse the orchid leaves. However, you need to note that when using a spray bottle to rinse the plant leaves, you must pay attention to the ventilation of the care environment.
3. Watering method
For watering orchids, rainwater, that is, water from the sky, is usually first choice, river water is second, and when conditions are really poor, then as a last resort use sun-dried tap water for irrigation. When watering, use a fine-spouted spray bottle to wet the entire orchid, and do not pour water into the center of the flowerpot with a big ladle. The timing of watering also matters. Usually in summer, watering should be done in the morning and evening, and never at noon, so as not to affect the growth of the orchid. In autumn and winter, do not water with cold water; water with clear water that has been left to stand in advance. As for the immersion pot watering method, it is usually used for orchid seedlings that have just been potted. Adult orchids are best watered and supplemented with clear water.
