How to care for clivia in spring? Remember these care points

1. Increase fertilization
In spring, you need to increase fertilization for clivia. This can provide it with more nutrients and facilitate its growth. Specifically, first add some solid fertilizer to its potting soil, such as bone meal, slow-release fertilizer, etc., to increase the soil's fertility. In addition, apply a liquid fertilizer about once every 2 weeks to provide the plant with more nutrients.
2. Increase watering
In spring, to keep water from limiting its growth, you need to increase the frequency of watering. Be sure to observe the condition of its potting soil often, and when its surface turns white, replenish water in time. But note that its roots are fleshy and fear excessive water, so when caring for it, do not water too much, to avoid waterlogging and rot of its root system.
3. Replace the potting soil
After the temperature rises, you can consider repotting the plant with fresh potting soil once. The new soil should be chosen to be loose and weakly acidic. After repotting, also add some flower fertilizer to it to increase fertility. This can provide it with a more suitable growing medium and let it grow better.
