How to grow the Red General orchid

I. Light

When growing the Red General orchid, you cannot keep it in too dark a place all day, as this will cause poor growth and very few flowers. Normally give it some scattered light, but do not let it be exposed to summer sunlight, and you should also frequently turn the flower pot so that all sides of the plant receive light better.

II. Water

During care, the soil must have enough moisture, but during the flowering period you should water less. For watering, you can use a spray bottle, and when watering you should spray the potting soil thoroughly until water flows out from the bottom of the pot. When adding water, do it slowly; do not rush to pour water in, as this is bad for the plant's root respiration and growth.

III. Fertilizing

When the Red General orchid is in its growth period, you should supply it with some fertilizer; only when the soil is in a state of sufficient nutrients can it grow and bloom better. When adding fertilizer, you can use organic liquid fertilizer, and it must be fully decomposed before use; you can also apply a little potassium dihydrogen phosphate to it.
