Great tips for regrowing enoki mushrooms from their base, making it easy to grow them again
I. How to regrow from the base
1. Base: After cutting off the base of store-bought enoki mushrooms, they can regrow. When buying them, choose ones that are fresh and have an intact-looking base, which may have a little sandy soil on it. Bases that are tightly packed together are better for later regrowth.

2. Container: Choose a suitable container, about 10cm tall, that can match its growth.
3. Nutrient solution: Add two or three spoonfuls of baking soda or edible alkali to it, but do not add too much or the alkalinity will become too high. Add an appropriate amount of clean water, up to half the height of the base. Then stir well until fully combined.
4. Sprouting: Take out a few paper towels or cotton pads, wet them, and place the cut base on top. Wrap the top of the container with plastic wrap, place it in a cool, shaded spot, and wait for a while; it will then grow.
II. Little tips for regrowing
To ensure it can regrow, besides some necessary steps, you also need to maintain a suitable temperature while waiting, keeping it within the range of 5-10 degrees without too much deviation.
