What medication works well to treat leaf spot disease in clivia
Leaf spot disease in clivia is a problem encountered by many orchid growers. According to the methods of fellow flower enthusiasts, before changing the soil in autumn, carry out one round of medication treatment for clivia that developed leaf spot disease from high summer temperatures.
1. Thiophanate-methyl (made in Japan), mix with a small amount of water into a paste, apply to the diseased-spot leaves with a small brush. (Both the front and back sides of the diseased-spot leaves)
2. Daktarin ointment, apply to the diseased-spot leaves. (Both the front and back sides of the diseased-spot leaves)
3. For plants with diseased spots, carry out one root sterilization before changing the soil (soak the orchid roots in a 2-3% potassium permanganate solution for 30-60 minutes), then pot them up after air-drying.
