Koi breeding technology: autumn is the season for a common koi disease - skin congestion disease
This disease is usually caused by insufficient light, poor water quality, or repeated stimulation from new water. It is especially obvious during the rainy season and in seasons with variable temperatures. Skin congestion disease in goldfish is usually caused by Gyrodactylus, fish lice, and Lernaea cyprinacea. After Gyrodactylus parasitizes, the body surface mucus of the diseased fish...

Prevention and treatment:
(1) Dissolve 0.2 g of nitrofurazone powder and 250 g of table salt in 10 kg of water, and soak the diseased fish for 10-20 minutes, or choose a low-concentration drug for splashing. After repeated medication, the blood spots on the skin will gradually fade and return to their original color.
(2) Extend theaquariumlight exposure time.
(3) Soak the diseased fish in a low-concentration potassium permanganate solution for more than 10 hours.
(4) Splash with edible fine salt. Generally, put 50-100 g of salt in a 100*50*35CM aquarium.
(5) Choose 0.5-0.8 g of crystal trichlorfon, dissolve it in 10 kg of water, and soak the diseased fish for 10-20 minutes. Or choose 0.2 g of crystal trichlorfon, dissolve it in 1 ton of water, and splash it over the whole pond.
Autumn iskoifishthe season most favorable for growth in the year, with temperatures generally between 20-28 degrees. At the same time, it is also a period of high incidence of various diseases. Fish generally have two peak disease periods in a year, and autumn is the last one. Although autumn disease outbreaks are not as severe as those in spring, if they are not discovered and treated in time, koi are very likely to carry pathogens through the winter and break out again after the weather warms up the following spring. If your fish have not been fattened before winter, when the weather warms up next spring, the koi will at that time have consumed a great deal of vitality during the winter and their bodies will already be in a weakened state. Once fish disease breaks out, no matter what disease it is, there may be no cure, and death may soon follow. Therefore, in autumn, you must do a good job of fattening koi and prepare for the coming winter.
