Detailed Guide to the Care Methods and Tips for Maidenhair Fern
Many families struggle with poor indoor light and have to give up on keeping plants. Today I recommend a beautiful plant that specifically loves dark environments, and that is the maidenhair fern.
Maidenhair Fern
The maidenhair fern loves dark and humid environments and calcareous soil, and fears direct sunlight, dryness and severe cold. With proper care, the maidenhair fern can generally be kept for decades, lush and green, very pleasing to the eye.

Water
The maidenhair fern's growing environment requires relatively high humidity. In spring, summer and autumn, it should be watered or misted every day; there is no need to worry about too much water. If it is placed in a water-absorbing stone bonsai, make sure there is always water in the pot.

Light
Generally place it in a spot indoors with diffused light, and be sure to avoid direct sunlight.

Temperature
The maidenhair fern fears severe cold. Temperatures below 7°C can easily frostbite the leaves. Moving it indoors in winter is generally not a problem.

Pruning
In spring, old leaves should be cut off to help new leaves sprout in time.
