How can wool rabbits grow more fur? These seventeen methods are worth trying

1. For each rabbit, use 0.5 g of sulfur, 1 g of silkworm droppings, 1 g of Smilax glabra, and 0.1 g of trace elements daily. Mix and crush them, then mix evenly with the feed and feed the rabbits. Generally, wool can be clipped 7-10 days earlier. 2. After wool rabbits are shorn, inject 250 mg of vitamin B12 intramuscularly per rabbit per day for 2-3 consecutive days; or orally administer compound vitamin B1 tablets (each tablet contains 3 mg of B1, 1.5 mg of B2, 0.2 mg of B6, and 2 mg of calcium pantothenate), using 1/4 tablet per rabbit per day

2. After wool rabbits are shorn for 1-2 days, inject 250 mg of vitamin B12 intramuscularly per rabbit per day for 2-3 consecutive days; or orally administer compound vitamin B1 tablets (each tablet contains 3 mg of B1, 1.5 mg of B2, 0.2 mg of B6, and 2 mg of calcium pantothenate), using 1/4 tablet per rabbit per day, and orally administer 0.6-1.2 mL of cod liver oil for livestock and poultry. This shortens the growth cycle, allows clipping 10 days earlier, and increases wool yield per rabbit by about 25 g.

3. After wool rabbits are shorn, use 50-degree liquor with a little ginger juice, dip cotton wool in it, and apply it over the rabbit's whole body to speed up blood circulation, once daily for 2-3 consecutive days. After 3-4 days, the rabbit's body will be covered with short fine down, wool can be clipped 5-7 days earlier, and wool yield can increase by about 30%.

4. Feed each female rabbit 7 g of @#@254@#@ powder daily, and wool yield can increase by 10%, with high-quality wool increasing by 17%.

5. After shearing, appropriately feed some Chinese chives and soybeans. This can increase rabbit wool and make it glossy, with wool emerging earlier and faster, and the second harvest time shortened by 7 days. Feed Chinese chives once daily, 5 g per rabbit, and feed 7-8 soaked soybeans.

6. Medicated bath method. (1) Use 150-200 g of trichlorfon powder, add 50 kg of water, and prepare a 0.3-0.5%% trichlorfon solution, then add 150 g of sulfur powder, stir evenly, and set aside after dissolving. (2) Use 100 g of Hibiscus syriacus bark and 100 g of Sophora flavescens, add 2.5 kg of water, decoct, filter the liquid, and remove the residue. Add 100 g of sulfur powder and 5 kg of boiling water, and stir evenly. During the bath, hold the rabbit's ears with one hand and place it into the basin, while using the other hand to wash and brush the rabbit's whole body from bottom to top, finally washing and brushing the head and the base of the ears. Note that within 10 days after shearing, choose warm weather for the bath, do not frighten the rabbit, and let the rabbit eat its fill before bathing. This method can increase rabbit wool yield by more than 20% and can prevent and treat diseases such as sarcoptic mange.

7. Eggs are rich in sulfur-containing amino acids such as cystine and have an obvious wool-promoting effect. Adding 1 egg daily per 5-10 wool rabbits helps promote wool growth.

8. After male wool rabbits are castrated, male hormone levels in the body decrease, their temperament becomes quieter, their individuals are larger, rabbit wool grows faster, wool yield is 1 times greater than that of uncastrated rabbits, and wool quality is also better.

9. Comb the wool with a comb about once every 3 days. This can promote skin blood circulation and hair follicle cell vitality, stimulate the skin layer, speed up metabolism and rabbit wool growth, and help improve wool quality.

10. After shearing, inject 250 mL of vitamin B into the buttock muscles, which has an obvious wool-promoting effect and generally allows clipping about 10 days earlier.

11. Add 0.5-0.7% methionine to the daily ration, which can increase wool yield by 12-27%. At the same time, add trace elements: in each kg of compound feed, add 2-4 mg of copper, 20 mg of iron, 11-16 mg of manganese, 2 mg of cobalt, and 8-15 mg of zinc, which can improve wool quality.

12. Adding methionine and various trace elements to the daily ration can increase wool yield by 19.85%, weight gain rate by 19.74%, rabbit wool strength by 12.07%, natural hair follicle length by 13.71%, and density by 9.31%.

13. Add 50 mg of lysine, 25 mg of methionine, and 25 mg of cystine per rabbit per day. This can promote earlier shearing and increase wool yield by 12.8%.

14. Add thyroxine to the daily ration: initially feed 10 mg per rabbit per day for 7 consecutive days, then increase to 20 mg per rabbit per day for 14 consecutive days, 30 mg for 24 consecutive days, 40 mg for 10 consecutive days, 30 mg for 11 days, 20 mg for 10 days, and 10 mg for 8 days. This can increase wool yield by 15.38%.

15. Feed each rabbit 10 mg of 0.1% chromium sulfate complex (containing multiple trace elements such as sulfur, iron, and arsenic) daily. After one month, wool yield is 19 g more than that of the control group. Adding 0.4 mg of manganese sulfate, 0.15 mg of zinc chloride, and 0.1 mg of cobalt chloride per kg of rabbit body weight per day can increase wool yield by 11.3% and wool growth speed by 6.8%.

16. Mix 0.3 g of zinc sulfate, 0.4 g of copper sulfate, 0.07 g of cobalt chloride, and 100 g of concentrated feed. Mix the above drugs and concentrated feed evenly, and feed each rabbit 1 g of this medicine daily for 2-3 consecutive months. Wool yield increases significantly.

17. Adding 0.03-0.05% rare earth to the daily ration can not only increase wool yield by 8.5-9.4%, but also increase the proportion of high-quality wool by 43.44-51.45%.
