It is mostly caused by microbial infection and foreign body injury. Clinically, cough, laryngeal swelling and pain are the main symptoms. Treatment is based on the principle of reducing inflammation and relieving cough. [Prescription 1] (1) Penicillin Sodium for Injection 500,000-4,000,000 IU. Administration: inject once into the Houyu acupoint, once daily, for 3-5 consecutive days. Note: a skin test should be performed before use. (2) Bingpeng San, appropriate amount. Administration: spray into the laryngeal cavity, 3 times daily, for 3 consecutive days. (3) Hydroprednisone 2.5-ZOm

Japanese honeysuckle (Lonicera japonica) 15g, Chinese angelica (Angelica sinensis) 10g, dandelion (Taraxacum) 5g

Scrophularia root (Scrophularia ningpoensis) 5g

Administration: decoct in water, remove the residue, and administer orally once when warm.
