Golden trout is a mutant variety of @#@241@#@ trout, successfully bred after years of dedicated research. Golden trout has tender meat, a delicious flavor, thick flesh with few bones, and extremely high nutritional value. It is rich in protein and suitable for steaming, boiling, roasting, braising, sashimi and many other cooking methods, and is easy to digest and absorb. It also contains several times more polyunsaturated fatty acids than other fish, with especially high levels of eicosapentaenoic acid, pentacosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid. These brain-boosting "brain gold" substances are essential for improving human intelligence. Among them, eicosapentaenoic acid can also accelerate wound healing in patients, greatly benefiting the health of pregnant women, the elderly, young children and patients after surgery, and it contains absolutely no cholesterol. According to measurements by the Gansu Provincial Grassland Ecology Research Institute, the iron, zinc, calcium, total vitamin and carotene contents in the flesh of this golden trout are 70%, 50%, 14%, 12.93% and 18.31% higher than those of the American Donaldson rainbow trout, respectively.
