Feeding concentrate to rabbits requires care: master the scientific feeding method
Concentrates include energy-based feed ingredients such as corn, barley, @#@245@#@, sorghum, wheat bran and fine rice bran, as well as feed ingredients with high protein content such as soybean meal, rapeseed cake, fish meal, silkworm pupae and blood meal. Their common characteristics are low crude fiber content, low moisture content and high nutritional value. To increase the weight gain rate of meat rabbits, make wool rabbits produce more wool and rex rabbits produce more high-grade fur, concentrates are indispensable.
The principle for using concentrates is to follow the nutritional needs of different types of rabbits and, according to the feed sources and raising conditions of different regions and different rabbit farms, adapt to local conditions by feeding a rational combination of concentrates, roughage and green feed. For rabbit farms that process their own compound feed but lack green feed, the ratio of concentrate to roughage is generally 7:3; for farms with relatively abundant green feed, the ratio of concentrate to roughage can be changed to 8:2. Note to feed more complete-price feed and less concentrated feed. When mixing feed yourself, use as little fish meal as possible or none at all; if it is to be used, the quality of the fish meal must be guaranteed.
