It doesn't need much time, and there are no complicated steps, yet it can add an enticingly delicious dish to the table.

Ingredients

Fresh large shrimp 500g

Tender celery 80g

Pistachios 50g

Garlic 3 cloves

Spicy sauce 10ml

Light soy sauce 1 tablespoon (15ml)

Sugar 10g

Shredded scallion and shredded ginger, as needed

Method

Remove the leaves from the tender celery, wash it clean, and cut it into thin shreds; peel the garlic and mash it into garlic paste.

Remove the shells from the pistachios and chop the extracted kernels into crushed nuts.

Remove the heads from the large shrimp, use a toothpick to pull out the shrimp vein from the tail end, then wash them clean and drain the water for later use.

Take a somewhat large container, put the prepared large shrimp into the container, add the spicy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, garlic paste, shredded scallion and shredded ginger, gently toss to mix evenly, then marinate for 5 minutes.

Take a microwave-safe plate, arrange the marinated shrimp evenly on the plate, sprinkle the shredded tender celery and crushed pistachio kernels on top, seal the plate tightly with plastic wrap, and place it in the microwave to heat on high power for 6 minutes.

Take the plate out of the microwave, remove the plastic wrap, and a fragrant spicy aroma rushes toward you; in the mouth it is even more spicy and delicious!

Tips

The amount of spicy sauce can be decided according to personal taste; if you like spicy food, add a little more, and if you don't like spicy food, you can add a little less.

When removing the shrimp vein, pull it out at the third segment counting upward from the tail of the shrimp, and the shrimp vein can be removed completely and easily.
