How to Make Delicious and Full-Flavored Oil-Braised White Shrimp
Main ingredient: fresh white shrimp (or prawns)
Method:
1. Trim off the shrimp whiskers and legs (I skipped this step because I was in a hurry); pinch the middle segment of the shrimp tail and carefully pull out the sand vein; wash the shrimp and drain well;
2. Heat the wok, pour in one spoonful of oil, add scallion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant; add the large shrimp and stir-fry quickly until half cooked, splash in cooking wine, add soy sauce, white sugar and a small amount of water; after it comes to a boil, cover and simmer for a moment, then reduce the sauce and plate.
Nutritional value: shrimp is rich in nutrients, containing protein, fat, calcium and many other nutrients, and has the effect of tonifying the kidney and strengthening yang.
