1. Main raw material: mink fur. 2. Equipment and tools: knife, wooden board, etc. 3. Production method: First, slaughter the mink. The main methods are as follows: 1. Cervical vertebra breaking method: Hold the mink's neck with one hand and its head with the other, push and bend forcefully from back to front to break the vertebrae. Note: if blood comes from the nostrils, wipe it off immediately. Prevent soiling of the fur. 2. Air injection method: Use a syringe to directly inject 5-10 ml of air into the mink's heart. 3. 3. Production method: First, slaughter the mink. The main methods are as follows:

3. Lethal injection method: Inject 0.7-1 ml of strychnine nitrate at a concentration of 0.03%-0.05% into the chest cavity. Note: after killing by this method, do not pile them together, to prevent fur loss. In addition, the remaining mink meat must not be fed to other animals.

After killing the mink, the next step is skinning. Skinning technique is also very critical. The usual method is to first open the crotch, that is, use the tip of a knife (or scissors), start from the center of the toe of one hind leg, cut along the midpoint of the boundary line between the long and short fur on the inner side of the hind leg, to the center of the toe of the other hind leg, then from the midpoint of the ventral midline of the tail, cut to the rear edge of the anus, then respectively cut to the palms of the two hind paws, removing a small triangular piece. The cuts must be straight, and do not cut open the anal glands, to prevent the formation of uneven or skewed surfaces. First strip the hind legs; when stripping to the knee joint, use the knife to strip down to the toe bones, cut off two sections, leaving the first toe bone together with the claw skin on the pelt, and let the skin wrap around it, then strip the tail base, the area around the genitals, and the buttocks, remove the tail bone, hang one hind leg upside down, hang it firmly, and use both hands to evenly pull the pelt board downward with force; when it comes off to the front legs, strip the front legs, then continue stripping forward to the ear base and eye sockets; use the knife to cut off the base of the ear shells, eye sockets, and nose tip close to the skull, so that the ears, eye sockets, and nose remain intact. Use the method of putting the pelt on the stretcher board with the fur facing inward, and place the pelt on the stretcher. Then use a scraper to scrape clean the grease on the pelt board, and the residual matter on the tail, hind legs, and edges of the pelt board. Dry in a dry place, and when it is 60%-70% dry, turn the board with the fur facing outward and dry it; the moisture content must not exceed 15%. Then use sifted fine sawdust, add an appropriate amount of detergent, and rub and wash the dried mink pelt board, rubbing and washing away the grease and dirt until the pelt board is dry and no sawdust sticks to it. Then wash the fur once more, until the fur and down are clean and glossy. Finally, gently tap the fur with a small stick to shake off the sawdust and dust. After the mink pelt is dried, it must be processed and finished: first rub and wash it once with sawdust, then use a towel dipped in alcohol or gasoline to wipe the fur coat, making the fur and down look beautiful, clean, and glossy. For some curled hairs, use a towel dipped in hot water at 70°C-80°C, wring it dry, and pick the curled hairs several times by hand; 95%-98% can become straight hair. Use a comb to comb out tangled fur, and sew up holes. Grade by male and female, stack back to back and belly to belly, press with a flat smooth wooden board of appropriate weight for 10-15 hours, and then they can be sold.

4. Process flow: slaughter -> opening the crotch -> skinning -> stretching -> rubbing and washing -> alcohol wiping -> finishing -> finished product.
