How to prevent and control fish plague? Bacterial and parasitic co-infections cause disease in summer
At the turn of summer and autumn, fish die in large numbers, which fish farmers call “White Dew plague”; it is mainly a combination of bacteria, parasites and environmental factors that causes a comprehensive disease in fish.

The preventive measures are as follows:
1. 20-30 days before White Dew, feed the fish nutritional and health-care drugs that protect the liver and remove toxins, to increase the fish's immunity.
2. Control the amount of feed. Adhere to the four-fixed principle; the recommended feeding amount is 1%, and it is best for the fish to eat until 80% full.
3. Check whether there are parasites in the fish's gills and intestines; if there are worms, deworm as soon as possible, and watch out for bacterial gill rot. If enteritis occurs, treat it with medicated bait taken internally, with one course of treatment lasting 7 days.
4. Keep the water body stable. Keep the water quality fertile, lively, tender and crisp; regularly use quicklime and microecological preparations to adjust water quality; if the silt is too thick, regularly use substrate improvers to adjust the water body.
5. Keep the aerator running in the fish pond: on sunny days at noon, run it for 2-3 hours; in the second half of the night, run it until dawn.
