The keeping environment for Arowana
The silver arowana is a carnivorous fish. From juvenile to adult, it must be fed animal-based bait, with live food being best. It is best not to feed a single type of bait; a nutritionally rich menu should be worked out to ensure balanced nutrition. The silver arowana can adapt to water temperatures between 24 and 29°C, and if the fish adapts well, it can even tolerate temperatures of 22 to 31°C. However, like other ornamental fish, the silver arowana must never be exposed to sudden temperature changes.
