What precautions should be taken when using medication in meat pigeon farming?

When giving antibiotics to pigeons, do not use calcium supplements at the same time. This is because calcium neutralizes the effectiveness of the antibiotics, resulting in an insufficient dosage.
Do not use deworming medication during the molting period and the brooding period of pigeons. This is because deworming medication damages feather quality and causes feather deformities.
Do not use medication for eliminating trichomonads during the breeding period. This is because trichomonad-eliminating medication temporarily causes male pigeons to lose their reproductive capacity.
Antibiotics can only be used to treat certain infections, and they are not a cure-all. Abusing antibiotics will only bring adverse effects, because antibiotics kill beneficial bacteria while killing harmful bacteria, causing the pigeons' own disease resistance to decline or their immunity to be lost.
