Meat pigeon feed and health sand formula

The six major categories of nutrients - water, protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals - are all indispensable; if any is lacking, it will affect the normal growth and development of pigeons.

Feed formula

1. Rice 40%, peas 30%, corn 20%, wheat 10%.

2. Corn 35%, peas 26%, wheat 12%, sorghum 12%, rice 6%, mung beans 6%, hemp seed 3%.

3. Corn 30%, brown rice 20%, wheat 10%, sorghum 10%, mung beans 15%, peas 10%, hemp seed 5%.

Health sand formula

1. Loess 30%, fine sand 25%, shell powder 15%, bone meal 10%, old gypsum 5%, slaked lime 5%, charcoal powder 5%, salt 5%.

2. Fine sand 60%, shell powder 31%, salt 3.3%, cattle bone meal 1.4%, charcoal powder 1.5%, old gypsum 1%, alum 0.5%, licorice 0.5%, licorice 0.5%, gentian 0.5%, iron dioxide 0.3%.
