This standard was drafted by the National Chemical Fertilizer Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Shanghai) and Qinghai CITIC Guoan Technology Development Co., Ltd., and jointly issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and the Standardization Administration of China.
