Preparing to plant fruit mulberries, what should be noted when planting fruit mulberries?

Generally, the row spacing for fruit mulberry orchards is 1.0m×2.0m, and for rapid dense planting orchards or greenhouse cultivation it is 0.4-0.6m×1.3-1.5m. For Shanguo 408, Xin Hongbao or Shansang No. 404, which have upright branches and compact tree shapes, the planting density should be slightly higher; for varieties such as Wuhe Dashi and Shansang No. 405, which have slanting branches and spreading tree shapes, the planting density should be lower. Pollinator trees should make up 2%-3%. In early winter or early spring, dig planting holes 0.4m square or trenches 0.4m wide and 0.4m deep, apply farmyard manure, backfill, and then plant the trees. Make sure the rows are straight, the saplings are upright, and the soil is firmed; after watering, mound soil around the saplings to protect them. In places without irrigation conditions, the sapling roots need to be dipped in mud slurry before planting.
