What should be noted when applying urea?

How should phosphorus fertilizer be applied rationally when growing chili peppers? Please advise: during the growth and development period of chili peppers, apply phosphorus and potassium fertilizer once a month at the roots, each time applying 40-50 kg of superphosphate or calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer per mu, and 15-20 kg of potassium chloride or potassium sulfate. After thoroughly stirring and mixing the phosphorus and potassium fertilizers evenly, broadcast them around the roots of the chili pepper plants...
What should be noted when applying urea? Please advise and introduce, thank you very much.

The following issues should be noted when applying urea:
First, try to avoid applying it alone. The ideal application method is to first apply organic fertilizer, then apply urea, superphosphate, potassium chloride and other fertilizers in a reasonable formula.

Second, it cannot be mixed with ammonium bicarbonate. Mixing ammonium bicarbonate and urea will greatly slow down the speed at which urea is converted into ammonia, making it easy to cause loss and volatilization loss of urea.

Third, it cannot be broadcast on the soil surface. When urea is broadcast on the soil surface, at normal temperature it takes 4-5 days of transformation before it can be absorbed by crops. Most of the nitrogen is volatilized during the ammonification process, and the utilization rate is only about 30%.

Fourth, do not irrigate immediately after applying urea. Urea is an amide-form nitrogen fertilizer, and after application it must be converted into ammonium nitrogen before it can be absorbed and utilized by crops. If it is irrigated immediately after application or applied before heavy rain, the urea will be lost.
