What diseases need to be prevented and controlled when growing Lilium brownii? Please explain

The diseases to be prevented and controlled when growing Lilium brownii are:
Leaf blight: if yellow-brown and red-brown oval lesions appear on the leaves, spray with 1000 times thiophanate-methyl wettable powder, 50% iprodione wettable powder 1500 times solution, or 50% procymidone wettable powder 1500 times solution.
Damping-off: Damping-off is prone to occur from May to June; the stem base turns brown, the lower leaves first turn yellow and wilt, the whole plant rapidly turns yellow, dries up and dies, and the bulb turns brown. Immediately pull out and burn diseased plants, spread lime for disinfection, and spray or drench the base of surrounding plants and all plants in the field with 1000 times thiophanate-methyl wettable powder or 50% carbendazim wettable powder dilution, or spray with 75% chlorothalonil wettable powder 600 times solution.
Bulb rot: when gray-brown irregular water-soaked spots appear on the bulb, spray with 47% kasugamycin-cuprum hydroxide wettable powder 800 times solution, or 72% agricultural streptomycin sulfate soluble powder 4000 times solution.
