BB fertilizer, whose full name is bulk blended fertilizer, is a compound mixed fertilizer made by blending several granular single fertilizers or compound fertilizers in a certain proportion. Its advantages are: complete nutrients, high concentration, significant yield increase and cost savings, and strong targeting; simple processing, low production cost, and no pollution; flexible formula. Humic acid coated fertilizer is a complete-nutrition fertilizer, a slow-release and efficiency-enhancing BB fertilizer, and is suitable for mechanical application. These three features determine that this fertilizer has four characteristics: saving fertilizer, saving water, saving labor, and increasing yield.
Has slow-release and efficiency-enhancing functions
Humic acid coated fertilizer uses three series of coating materials to coat large-granule urea, granular ammonium phosphate, and granulated potassium fertilizer respectively, thereby achieving the "separation of promotion and control" in the treatment of the three major elements, and achieving the goals of "controlling nitrogen, promoting phosphorus, and preserving potassium."
As far as "controlling nitrogen" is concerned, the coating material is upgraded from the single mode of general coated slow- and controlled-release fertilizers that only controls the nutrient dissolution rate to an integrated system of diversified physical controlled release, including delayed dissolution, controlled dissolution, and diffusion control, combined with urease or nitrification inhibition. Through different coating times (number of layers), products with different slow-release periods are obtained to meet the changes in nutrient demand of different crops throughout the entire growth period. As far as "promoting phosphorus" is concerned, it can effectively reduce the fixation of phosphorus by soil ions, increase the movement of phosphorus in the soil, and stimulate crop uptake of phosphorus. As far as "preserving potassium" is concerned, it can effectively reduce the probability of potassium ions being fixed by the crystal lattice and activate mineral potassium elements in the soil.
The process concept of separation of promotion and control is combined with the production mode of BB fertilizer, changing the mode of general slow- and controlled-release fertilizers that either control the release of all nutrients or only control the release of nitrogen, forming a new type of BB fertilizer product with slow release + efficiency enhancement.
Supply of complete nutrition
Complete nutrition means ensuring the effective supply and uniform distribution of medium and trace elements on the premise that major elements are supplied in sufficient amounts and in proportion. The process mode of humic acid coated fertilizer provides the possibility for the effective supply and uniform distribution of medium and trace elements. In the production process of the coating material, medium and trace elements are added to the mixed liquid formed by humic acid and organic hydrophilic polymer, and are made to form a complexed state, which is conducive to crop absorption and utilization. At the same time, after the coating material containing medium and trace elements is coated on the surface of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium granular fertilizers, as it is uniformly distributed in the soil, it solves the problem of uneven root-zone topdressing of trace elements and becomes a true "complete nutrition" BB fertilizer.
Suitable for mechanical application of BB fertilizer
Humic acid coated fertilizer adopts the technical concept of separation of promotion and control, and in the production process design adopts a process of graded treatment and utilization, that is, in the process of granulating large-granule urea, granular ammonium phosphate, and powdered potassium fertilizer, a screening process is added to form semi-finished products of large, medium, and small particle sizes, and then semi-finished products of similar particle sizes are blended into soil-testing formula fertilizer, thereby improving the uniformity index of the fertilizer.
