When applying foliar fertilizer in tea gardens, note the following points:
(1) When mixing foliar fertilizer with pesticides, pay attention to the chemical properties of the pesticide and the foliar fertilizer, and whether precipitation, discoloration or other phenomena occur after mixing.

(2) Pay attention to alternating different fertilizers and using multiple fertilizers in combination.

(3) When spraying, both the front and back of the leaves must be sprayed thoroughly and evenly. Because the absorption capacity of the back of the leaf is 5-6 times stronger than that of the front, special attention should be paid to spraying the back of the leaves.

(4) When spraying multi-functional foliar nutrient solution, read the instructions carefully and pay attention to the application method, concentration, timing and other related issues; do not change them at will. At the same time, pay attention to the production license number, manufacturer, national registration number, trademark, date of manufacture, etc., and also check whether there is precipitation, mold or other phenomena.

(5) To dilute the fertilizer with water, use clean stream water, river water, lake water, pond water, etc.; do not use boiled water or muddy water.

(6) It is suitable to spray on cloudy days and after 4 p.m. or in the evening on sunny days. If it rains within 24 hours after spraying, it must be sprayed again. Under normal application conditions, one fertilization unit generally needs to be sprayed 2-3 times to have an obvious effect; therefore, after the first spraying, another spraying is needed after an interval of 3-5 days.
