In the process of going to the countryside, I often see farmers spraying urea on vegetables. Zhongdiwang has compiled several points to note when spraying urea, listed below for netizens' reference.

Note 1:Do not spray in extremely hot weather or before rain, so as to avoid burning the seedlings or losing fertilizer nutrients. The best time to spray is in the early morning or afternoon each day, and after spraying, spray again after an interval of 7-10 days.

Note 2:When spraying on cereal crops or crops with smooth leaves, add 0.1% adhesive, otherwise the effect will be poor.

Note 3:For urea used in spraying, the biuret content must not be higher than 0.5%, otherwise it is likely to damage the leaves.

Note 4:Different crop types require different concentrations of urea solution for spraying. Generally, cereal crops require a spraying concentration of 1.5-2%; when spraying during the flowering period, the concentration should be a bit lower. For leafy vegetables and cucumbers, the spraying concentration is 1-1.5%, and for tomatoes 0.3% is appropriate. For fruit trees such as apples, pears and grapes, 0.5% is appropriate.
