Do not overlook the role of soil microorganisms when applying organic fertilizer

When applying organic fertilizer, do not forget "soil microorganisms"

Nowadays there is often a mistaken idea in domestic orchid circles: people assume that applying chicken manure, pig manure, pig urine, cow dung, or other "raw fertilizers" such as fish meal, rice bran... and similar organic matter is authentic "organic agriculture." In fact, these "raw fertilizers" cannot be absorbed by plants; instead they cause rot anddisease and pestsand the proliferation of mosquitoes and insects. Organic matter must first be decomposed by microorganisms into water-soluble nutrients before it can be absorbed by plants. At the same time, microorganisms must rely on these substances during decomposition to obtain energy and nutrients so they can multiply in large numbers and perform their function. Only when organic matter and beneficial microorganisms coexist can plants grow healthily. Therefore, in the operation of organic agriculture, in addition to applying organic fertilizer, never forget the "soil microbial community."
