Chemical Fertilizers

Chemical fertilizers, also known as "inorganic fertilizers", refer to fertilizers made from non-living materials or inorganic compounds and minerals. Water-soluble liquid fertilizers are fast-acting and are often used as a top dressing. Slow-release solid fertilizers are slow-acting and can be used as a base fertilizer. Using chemical fertilizers has the advantages of being hygienic and convenient, but the concentration is high, and excessive use can easily cause fertilizer burn, so fertilizers must be applied correctly according to the usage concentration. 1. Water-soluble fertilizers (fast-acting) Water-soluble fertilizers are fast-acting fertilizers. After diluting with water by a certain number of times, they are sprayed on the leaves or poured on the roots. They are very convenient to use and are generally used as a top dressing. Beginners using water-soluble fertilizers are most likely to use them in excess, causing fertilizer burn. If the instructions specify 1000 times, increase it to 1500-2000 times, which makes it safer and more reliable. 2. Placement fertilizers (slow-acting) Placement fertilizers, abbreviated as "place fertilizer", are fertilizers mixed directly into the growing medium as a base fertilizer, so that they slowly release nutrients for the plant to absorb, reducing fertilizer loss, improving utilization efficiency, and achieving a long-lasting effect. Placement fertilizers are usually solid granules and are simple to use. Although they are relatively safe and there is no need to worry about fertilizer burn, they must still be used according to the instructions to be economical and practical.
