The selection of coal cinders must be treated fairly, without bias

The author does not entirely deny the possibility that certain coal cinders contain carcinogenic substances. Since there is not yet sufficient scientific research evidence to confirm that all coal cinders contain carcinogenic substances, coal cinders should be treated differently when used; one must not fail to distinguish good from bad, and must not reject all coal cinders indiscriminately without distinction. Mutation breeding commonly uses physical factors and chemical factors. Physical factors such as various rays, microwaves or lasers used to treat mutagenic materials are called radiation breeding. Chemical factors involve the use of certain chemical mutagens that can cause changes in genetic material to treat mutagenic materials and induce mutations, which is called chemical mutation. It is an indisputable fact that most mutagens have carcinogenic effects. However, whether radiation mutation breeding or chemical mutation, they are still being used at present. Are the people engaged in this work not afraid that they themselves might consequently suffer from a terminal disease? What is important is that protective measures must be taken, used scientifically and reasonably, and precautions taken before trouble occurs. For example, when handling mutagens, before use one must read the "instructions for use" clearly, strictly follow the instructions, minimize skin contact, avoid inhaling them into the body, and wash hands after the experiment; all these are protective measures. Therefore, in all things one must not "give up eating for fear of choking," and there is also no need at all to be "once bitten by a snake, afraid of a rope for ten years." What is described in this article is not entirely reasonable, and may even be erroneous; it is respectfully offered as a brick to attract jade, and I wish to discuss it with like-minded people and hope experts will offer guidance.
