Clever use of farmyard manure and household waste

The farmyard manure mentioned here is a fertilizer made by composting peanut kernels, sesame seeds and soybeans together. Put peanut kernels, sesame seeds and soybeans in a pot, boil them, pour them into a small vat, and place it outdoors in a sunny spot. After more than a year of decomposition, the liquid is pitch-black like ink, has a very foul smell, and harbors large numbers of parasitic worm eggs, so it is not suitable for direct application. Put the liquid into a mineral water bottle, add one to two drops of decis or omethoate, shake well, and it will immediately turn milky white. Cap the bottle tightly to sterilize and kill insects. After about 30 days it turns the color of tea, at which point the smell is noticeably reduced and the fungal spores and worm eggs have been killed. When applying, dilute 500-1000 times depending on whether the seedlings are strong or weak. Applying it in spring helps grass grow and also has the effect of killing insects and sterilizing. Soak used oral liquid bottles, yogurt bottles, beer bottles, rice vinegar bottles and the like in a bucket of water; the water used to rinse them can be used for wateringorchidsor spraying the leaves. Since the proportion of empty bottles is very small, whether watering or spraying the leaves it will not harmorchidsIf you intend to apply it, it should be diluted 1/2500. Generally, orchid plants are mostly divided after 2 years, and after the growing medium has been used for 1 year it tends to become slightly alkaline. Watering appropriately with rice vinegar solution is beneficial toorchidgrowth (not suitable for variegated-leaf orchids). If some orchid plants have yellowing leaves or poor leaf gloss, a 1/2500 rice vinegar solution can be sprayed 1-2 times during the growing period. (Song Mingyuan, Anhui)
